Welcome from the Junior Leadership Team

We are the Head Boy, Head Girl, Deputy Head Boy, and Deputy Head Girl, and we are delighted to welcome you to the one and only Tenterfields Primary Academy!

At Tenterfields, we pride ourselves on being a caring and inclusive school where everyone belongs. Our teachers are not only happy, helpful, and hardworking, but they are also dedicated to supporting the learning and development of every single pupil.

From Reception to Year 6, we promise your child will experience an exciting journey with our 11 by 11 Pledge. By the time they leave for secondary school, they will have:

• Gone camping or enjoyed a sleepover
• Visited London
• Learned survival skills or had an adventure
• Taken part in a safe, fun day
• Learned to swim
• Met a famous person
• Raised money for charity
• Attended a live event or performance (sport/art)
• Become a first aider
• Visited a historical landmark
• Represented our school

We’ve been at Tenterfields since Reception and have experienced these amazing opportunities ourselves. We’ve gone on residential trips, represented our school in sports, celebrated many achievements, and learned so much along the way. We've made lifelong friends and grown in confidence.
