What can we say - Year 6 have done it! SATs are done! A huge well done to all of the children - they have worked incredibly hard and should be immensely proud. We had lots of fun celebrating on Thursday afternoon and we even had a visit from the ice-cream van! On Friday morning, we enjoyed some time on a bouncy castle to celebrate the week! Well done Year 6, you have worked so hard and should be very proud of yourselves!
As well as being busy preparing for SATs over the last couple of weeks we have also been busy in other ways! We had fun celebrating David Attenborough’s birthday. Year 6 brought in their favourite animal teddies and found out some amazing facts about them!
Year 6 also took part in a fun orienteering session where they worked in teams to solve clues and follow a map to the next clue. They were amazing communicators and thoroughly enjoyed this activity!
