End-of-unit quizzes, exciting transitions, live music, and celebrating success have been the aim of the game over the last two weeks in Year 4! Here is a look at what we've been up to:
Geography Geniuses: We officially wrapped up our topic on the South of France—and the children absolutely smashed it, achieving our highest scores ever in the end-of-unit assessment!
Super Scientists: In science, we brought together all of our learning about animals, including humans, rounding off a fantastic unit of discovery.
Ready for the Leap: Transition days went beautifully. Year 4 showed they are more than ready for the move to Year 5, bringing wonderful energy to the classroom. They also crafted their custom lollipop sticks for our whole-school transition project! 🍭
A Musical Treat: We were incredibly lucky to host the DPA, who performed a brilliant live jazz concert just for us. It was the perfect way to celebrate a busy and successful couple of weeks.
What a fantastic year it has been! As we wrap up, I want to extend my gratitude to all of our families for your support and kindness over the past year. Being part of your children’s learning journey has been an absolute joy. They have accomplished so much, and they are leaving Year 4 on such a high. I know they are going to do amazing things in Year 5!
