What a lovely week it has been!

Year 2 has most definitely enjoyed the snow at break times and lunchtimes!

In English this week, we have planned and written our poems inspired by Michael Rosen’s poem The Bathroom Fiddler. Our poem was called the homework dawdler. We have had so much fun writing them!

We have taken part in lots of Christmas nativity practice this week, as we have started the countdown. 3 weeks to go until our fantastic performance.

We have thoroughly enjoyed the start of our new science topic, all about the earth and planets. We have found a great song online that teaches us all about the names of all eight planets and the order they are from the sun!
