What an absolutely incredible year we have had! As we reach the end of the term, I wanted to take a moment to reflect on our journey together and send a huge thank you to you all.

First and foremost, thank you so much for your unwavering support, encouragement, and partnership this year. Whether it was helping with homework, cheering from the sidelines, or simply sending your children into school with a smile each morning, your support has made all the difference. We truly make a fantastic team.

I cannot begin to tell you how incredibly hard the children have worked this year. They have tackled every challenge with determination, kindness, and curiosity. I am ever so proud of each and every one of them and the immense progress they have made.

The best news? I am absolutely thrilled to be continuing this journey with them as they move into Year 3! Getting to stay with this wonderful group for another year is an absolute privilege, and I cannot wait to see them continue to grow.

We have packed our final weeks with so much joy and laughter. We’ve been busy making memories that I’m sure the children will cherish for a long time, including:

• Our Epic Water Fight: Last week’s water fight was an absolute highlight! There was endless laughter (and a lot of soggy clothes!), and it was the perfect way to celebrate their hard work.

• Creating Our New Classroom: We’ve already started looking ahead to September! The children have been busy helping me decorate and create some truly lovely displays for our new Year 3 classroom. It already feels like home.

I hope you all have a wonderful, relaxing summer holiday. I hope the weather behaves, and you get to enjoy some quality time together. Please stay safe, have fun, and make lots of memories of your own!

I am already counting down the days and cannot wait to see all their bright smiles again in September!
