What a wonderful final two weeks we've had before half-term!

The children have been working incredibly hard on Phonics, mastering their Set 1 and 2 sounds. In Maths, we were busy exploring repeating patterns and predicting the next shapes in a sequence.

The biggest fun was had in our practical sessions: we finished our Forest School and Cooking unit by designing fantastic packaging for the smoothies we made last week, and the children absolutely loved roasting and sharing marshmallows over the fire!

In History, we finished our unit on 'changes within living memory,' learning all about toys, consoles, and food from the past. Finally, we're so proud of how well the class focused on achieving their STAR sitting behaviour this week.

We look forward to diving into numbers to 20 after the break!
