What a wonderful week it has been in Year 1!

In Phonics, we’ve been recapping Set 2 sounds, which is making a huge difference to the children's reading and writing—please continue to practice at home.

In Maths, we’ve consolidated addition and subtraction within 20, and the children are becoming more confident each day.

This week, we also had fun experimenting to see if two eyes are better than one, and the children loved the challenge!

Assessment Week went brilliantly, with all the children showing a fantastic attitude and giving their best efforts—well done on another amazing week!
