In Reception Class, we have been learning all about worries through our whole class reading book - ‘Ruby’s Worry’.  We have explored our own emotions, made stick puppets to tell the story in our own words and found out that worries shrink when we talk about them.  We used Double Doodle art to draw our own worry monsters and celebrated the end of our unit by making ‘No worries’ monsters who spread their happiness wherever they go!  In maths, we consolidated our understanding of the basic concepts of sorting, matching and classifying as well as exploring patterns.  What a fun couple of weeks we have had!
