We have had so much fun with our Stick Man topic!  We enjoyed learning about the 4 seasons and how Stick Man's adventures varied throughout them.  We explored feelings and made our own emotions characters using lollipop sticks.  To complete the unit, we also painted our own Stick Man pictures which were absolutely fabulous and showed a great likeness to Stick Man himself! 

In Maths, we have been exploring measures.  We have been learning about and comparing weight, length and capacity.  We have explored and used the following vocabulary:

We're now looking forward to performing our Nativity play and finishing our Celebrations topic in a festive fashion by learning all about Christmas!  Well done, Reception Class!
