Dare to Be Different Day – Let’s Get Creative and Support Our Christmas Fair! 🎄

Get ready for something fun, colourful, and full of personality! On Friday 21st November, the Tenterfields PTFA proudly presents Dare to Be Different Day!

It’s a day to celebrate individuality, creativity, and confidence , while supporting our upcoming Tenterfields Christmas Fair which will be held on Friday 28th of November 2025. We can’t wait to see how different everyone dares to be!

 How to Take Part:

Be unique! For every wonderful expression of individuality, please send your child in with a gift for our Tombola to help raise funds for the children.

Your child could:

    •     Wear trainers or non-school shoes

    •     Wear odd socks or brightly coloured tights

    •     Have crazy or colourful hair

    •     Wear nail varnish or temporary tattoos

    •     Have squash in their water bottle

    •     Bring a small snack treat

    •     Bring a small toy to school

Let’s see how creative everyone can get — the brighter, the bolder, the better!

 Items We’re Looking For:

Adults’ Tombola:

    •    Boxes of chocolates or sweets

    •    Scented candles

    •    Coffee, tea, or hot chocolate sets

    •    Mugs or travel cups

    •    Socks or scarves

    •    Jars of honey or jam

    •    Notebooks or stationery sets

    •    Bath sets or spa gift packs

    •    Hand creams, body scrubs, or face masks

    •    Scratch cards, and other lovely little gifts

Children’s Tombola:

    •    Bouncy balls, slime pots, or fidget spinners

    •    Mini puzzles, Rubik’s cubes, or card games

    •    Small cuddly toys or keyrings

    •    Playdough tubs or craft kits

    •    Stickers, stamps, or colouring sets

    •    Toy cars, dinosaurs, or figurines

    •    Bubbles or mini water pistols

    •    Wrapped sweets or lollipops

    •    Chocolate bars or mini snack packs

    •    Reusable water bottles or lunch boxes

    •    Hair accessories or costume jewellery

    •    Kids’ toiletries (bath bombs, bubble bath, etc.)

All donations will go directly toward supporting Tenterfields Christmas Fair, helping us create a wonderful festive event for our children and families.
