St Patrick’s Day
Our Breakfast Club embraced the spirit of St. Patrick's Day with a truly festive morning! The children were treated to a delicious themed breakfast while tapping their feet to lively Irish music. The club room was a sea of green, white, and orange, thanks to vibrant Irish flag decorations and the children's own creative efforts. They enthusiastically crafted Irish bunting and proudly decorated their own flags. Even our fantastic staff joined in the fun, sporting their best green attire!
Duplo masterpiece
The children in Twilight Club recently unveiled a creation they were incredibly proud of – their very own Duplo mascot! With beaming faces, the three talented girls made sure every teacher in the vicinity was invited to admire their handiwork. A significant amount of planning and collaborative effort went into constructing this fabulous figure from colorful Duplo blocks. Lily's excitement was infectious, especially as their creation reached an impressive height, almost as tall as she was! It was a fantastic display of teamwork and imaginative building.
Pizza Night
Our Twilight Club has been transformed into a mini culinary school this term, with the children taking the lead in creating their own healthy snacks. A highlight was undoubtedly Pizza Night! The young chefs enthusiastically planned their personalized pizzas, carefully selecting a range of healthy and tasty ingredients. The process of designing and assembling their culinary creations was filled with laughter and focused concentration, culminating in the best part – the delicious taste test! It's wonderful to see them enjoying making and eating nutritious snacks.
Fun in the sun
With the arrival of spring, Twilight Club has been making the most of the brighter weather and enjoying a variety of energetic outdoor activities. Our recent adventures in the sunshine have included lively games of swing ball, cooperative fun with the parachute, energetic hula hooping sessions, and plenty of spins in the ever-popular spinning top. The children have been thoroughly enjoying the freedom and fresh air!
Taking our crafts outdoors
Even our crafting sessions have ventured outdoors with the warmer weather! This week, the Twilight children embraced the elements for some al fresco Easter Gonk painting. The activity was filled with giggles as the gentle wind added an unexpected and hilarious element to their artistic endeavors, creating wonderfully unique and slightly windswept Gonk masterpieces. It was a joyful reminder that creativity can flourish anywhere!
